To avoid the 90+ degree heat on Saturday, my friends and I indulged in an afternoon full of high tea and delicious pastries. We consumed cucumber sandwiches, French napoleons, fresh fruit and Long Island strawberry tea, before heading home for a late afternoon siesta in preparation for a night of dinner+drinks. A perfectly balanced Saturday, in my opinion.
