4.15.2015Outfit 1: Zara jacket (similar here), Velvet sweater c/o, Uniqlo jeans c/o, C-Label heels (similar here), Free People sunglasses
I’ve been a fan of Uniqlo even before they opened their first West Coast store here in San Francisco back in 2012. They have amazing basics for everyday life: desk to drinks, weekdays to weekends, and everything in between. So when they asked me to take part in their #uniqlolifewear campaign, of course I said yes.
As someone who’s petite, I love when brands have cropped or shorter inseam options for pants and Uniqlo has a great selection, including the ankle length jeans and cropped legging pants I’m wearing here. I especially love the zipper detail on these jeansโ I usually have to stay away from this style since I can’t roll up the hem or tuck it under, but these are perfect! Definitely the kind of pieces I like to reach for day after day, no matter the situation.

I have a similar pair of heels to the one you are wearing in the first outfit. How do you prevent them from slipping off your feet or making weird noises when you walk? Or is it just me?
I totally have that issue with these heels… I inserted both the gel insole cushion and the inserts for the back of the heel, and they STILL slip off when I walk. It's a lost cause ๐
