My fashion diet is all butter these days and I’m not mad about it! First it was olive green (still in very heavy rotation), then a lighter sage green, then chocolate brown — when I develop a color obsession, I go all in for months, even years. Yellow is probably the most colorful color I’ve ventured into wearing in over a decade — never thought I’d be into it again after high school!

These photos were taken during a quick birthday trip last weekend to San Diego and this dress I ordered arrived just in time to pack. I always joke that my ideal vacation is somewhere where I can wear nice outfits and do nice things, so I pretty much planned my ideal trip around that for my birthday. It was a lot of indulgent brunches, fancy dinners, coffee shop visits, shopping, and walking around parks.
