I’m ashamed to say that I’m a serial weather complainer. I complain when it’s too cold, too hot, too windy, and definitely when it’s too rainy. But I’m happy to report that my first pair of Hunter boots put an end to that (at least the rain part). All I can say is, I’ve gone 27 years without proper rain shoes — it’s no wonder I was so miserable all that time! I went with the classic chelsea boot style in a slimmer fit — my main gripe about rain boots is the added bulk, but these are sleek and refined, so I can continue wearing what I love in any weather.
