ASOS coat & sweater, James jeans, thrifted heels, Forever21 bag

My intolerance for colder weather makes me dread dressing in the winter time. I try to avoid wearing heavy coats when possible, instead getting creative by layering thinner pieces. That being said, I decided it was time to invest in a real coat that could last me through several winters. This ASOS one is a classic shape with two details that I can never resist: leather and zippers. Plus, the wool and real leather materials will ensure that it’ll last. Expect this piece to appear often on the blog. Worn here with my favorite sweater (again with the zippers– considering getting it in the white color too), and $2 flea market ring.
