I’m known to exaggerate and display hyperbolic tendencies, but I’m being completely serious when I say that the calf hair leopard print Madewell clutch has been haunting me in my dreams. Madewell has been on point with their fall pieces (I’m eyeing those cobalt pumps next) and I’ve been looking for a leopard print clutch for what seems like forever, so when I first glimpsed this patterned beauty on their Instagram, I was smitten. I checked the site constantly until it arrived, then called the nearest store to see if they had it in stock (I wanted to buy it in the store since I have a discount), and I was told it would be in this week. Then, over the weekend, I discovered that the clutch had sold out online. In a frenzy, I called the store again only to discover that the clutches had arrived early and had already sold out in the store. In 4 days. According to their customer service, it doesn’t look like they’ll be restocking it anytime soon, and no stores currently carry it. If anyone has any leads, I’d love to know!
