Wiping the slate clean with something simple. In other words — still shopping my own closet. The coat, sweater, and jeans may be old standbys, but thanks to a few new and notable accessories, this look (which I probably wear about once a week) feels fresh.

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday and an even lovelier start to the year. I, for one, have spent the last few weeks feeling very grateful. Between a promotion at work (!), spending long overdue quality time with my family, friends, and David, and finally knocking out a few movie screenings, 2017 is already off to a great start.
