Even though I’m lucky to work for a company that fosters a creative, casual culture, I’m still intimidated by the prospect of wearing shorts to the office. I wear sweatpants, I wear halters (sometimes together), and I even wear miniskirts, but somehow, shorts seem off limits. Enter: these leather shorts. As soon as I saw them (on sale, no less), I knew they would be the perfect solution to my workwear conundrum. They’re high-waisted and on the longer side, and pair so well with my favorite blazer for a little proportion play.

And if you’re wondering, yes, I kept my blazer on from 9-5 😉
